These were stop-motion Gremlins from the film
 & each was falling apart ,the foam was rotting ,
some were missing arms , legs , fingers , toes & ears.
 So I was put in charge of repairing the figures by
Planet Hollywood , with some patching &
the adding of some new parts , the figures
 looked good as new!

These two have not been painted so you can see the white colored areas were just repaired.
